Columbia, MD 21046 Re: FCC ID 2AIP5—3975 Confidentiality Request To Whom It May Concern: On behalf of AzulFlower LLC Company and its affiliates, I write to request the confidential treatment of the items described below, each of which are attached as exhibits to the FCC Class II Permissive Change application for FCC ID No. 2AIP5—3975. This request is made pursuant to 47 C.ER. §0.457 and 47 C.ER. §0.459. Long—Term Confidentiality We request indefinite confidential treatment for the following confidential materials contained in our application: * Block Diagram v2 * RF Operation Description v2 These materials contain sensitive technical and design information about our device that we would only share on a need—to—know basis, subject to confidentiality agreements, even after we begin marketing and selling the device. If this information is disclosed, our competitors would gain an unfair commercial advantage over us by learning about our product design and development processes. This in turn would significantly harm our ability to compete in a highly competitive market space.
