Prroduct hardw ware has the capability c to operate on Channel C 12 aand 13. Howeever, theese two channnels will be disabled via software andd will not be accessible too user. Prroduct hardwware has the capability c to operate on WiFi W Channel 12 and 13, and meeets the requuirements of KDB 5942800 D01 v02r011. Please notte: 1.) By deffault, this devvice operatess in a mode that t is compliant with the U.S. requireements. 2.) This device will alsso use suppleemental inforrmation such as geo-location data to deteermine that itt is operatingg outside the U.S., if neceessary, to chaange its powerr. Such suppllemental dataa will be derivved from the following: Gllobal Navigattion Satellite System (GN NSS)7 sensorrs in the deviice Moobile Countryy Code (MCCC),8 or MCC with a Mobile Network coode (MNC), received r froom a CMRS99 carrier and received direectly by a recceiver on thee device Coountry inform mation derivedd from multipple adjacent access a pointts (for exampple using IE EEE Std 802.11d provisionns) may be permitted p on case-by-casee basis Otther suitable geo-locationn data based on IP addressses or otherr reliable souurce.
