RE: LTE Band 12 addition to an existing certification (FCC ID: 2AH4HVZASSETCM1 and IC: 21385-
       VZACM1)
       Date of grant: 04/19/2018
       Applicant: Mobilogix, Inc.

We are requesting the addition of LTE Band 12 to the above certification. The RF module employed
by the LTE Asset Tracker (Model: VZASSET-CM1-001) supports LTE Band 12 and already certified
under FCC ID: XMR201705BG96NA. Please see attached table cross-referencing test results from TA
Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. FCC RF Test Report No. R1907A0353-R2 with the requirements of
RSS-130 Issue 2, February 2019:

Spurious Emissions at Antenna Terminals 2.1051/27.53(g) 4.7.1
Radiated Spurious Emission 2.1053/27.53(g) 4.7.1

In addition, the MPE Test Report No. R1907A0353-M1 submitted with the filing indicates LTE B12
power density of 0.18567 mW/cm2 with a declared antenna gain of 4dBi. The RF field strength limit
for devices used by the general public (uncontrolled environment) per RSS-102 Issue 5 March 2015 is
0.230329 mW/cm2. Therefore, the EUT will comply with the RSS-102 requirement if the gain of the
antenna used is less than 4.8 dBi.
