Information including internal photos is not released to the public, the device incorporates features that prevent user access to internal components, the device is not serviceable by third parties, and any parties with access to the information are required to sign a non— disclosure agreement. Accordingly, Inspire Medical Systems, Inc. requests that the internal photos pertaining to this application be withheld from public disclosure following grant of the application. Inspire Medical Systems, Inc. also hereby requests short—term confidential treatment of information accompanying this application as outlined below for a period of 180 days: e User Manual e External Photos e Test Set—up Photographs The above materials contain trade secrets and proprietary information not customarily released to the public.
