Since this design is a basis from which future technological products will evolve, Kinsa Inc. considers this information to be of benefit to its competitors, and that the disclosure of information in these documents would give competitors an unfair advantage in the market. This request is being made retroactively due to an over site on our part. We understand that the information has been publicly available 180 days after date of grant.
