         1.1 MEASUREMENT UNCERTAINTY

Where relevant, the following measurement uncertainty levels have been estimated for
tests performed on the EUT as specified in CISPR 16-4-2:
                                MEASUREMENT UNCERTAINTY
                               Radiated emissions ±4.48dB
                          Band Edge Measurements ±4.48dB

This uncertainty represents an expanded uncertainty expressed at approximately the 95%
confidence level using a coverage factor of k=2.

                   3.1.2 TEST PROCEDURES
For 47 CFR FCC PART 15.247:

          a. The EUT was placed on the top of a rotating table 0.8 meters (for below 1GHz) / 1.5 meters (for above
1GHz) above the ground at 3 meter chamber room for test. The table was rotated 360 degrees to
determine the position of the highest radiation.

          b. The EUT was set 3 meters away from the interference-receiving antenna, which was mounted on the
top of a variable-height antenna tower.

          c. The antenna is a broadband antenna, and its height is varied from one meter to four meters above the
ground to determine the maximum value of the field strength. Both horizontal and vertical polarizations
of the antenna are set to make the measurement.

          d. For each suspected emission, the EUT was arranged to its worst case and then the antenna was tuned
to heights from 1 meter to 4 meters and the rotatable table was turned from 0 degrees to 360 degrees to
              find the maximum reading.

          e. The test-receiver system was set to Peak Detect Function and Specified Bandwidth with Maximum
              Hold Mode.

          f. During the test, each emission was maximized by: having the EUT continuously working, investigated
all operating modes, rotated about all 3 axis (X, Y & Z) and considered typical configuration to obtain
worst position, manipulating interconnecting cables, For battery operated equipment, the equipment
tests shall be perform using fresh batteries. The turntable was rotated to maximize the emission level.

         Note:
         1. The resolution bandwidth and video bandwidth of test receiver/spectrum analyzer is 120kHz for
Quasi-peak detection (QP) at frequency below 1GHz.
         2. The resolution bandwidth of test receiver/spectrum analyzer is 1 MHz and the video bandwidth is 3
MHz for Peak detection (PK) at frequency above 1GHz.
         3. The resolution bandwidth of test receiver/spectrum analyzer is 1MHz and the video bandwidth is 3MHz
for RMS Average (Duty cycle < 98%) for Average detection (AV) at frequency above 1GHz, then the
measurement results was added to a correction factor (10 log(1/duty cycle)).
         4. The resolution bandwidth of test receiver/spectrum analyzer is 1MHz and the video bandwidth is 10Hz
(Duty cycle ≥ 98%) for Average detection (AV) at frequency above 1GHz.
         5. All modes of operation were investigated and the worst-case emissions are reported.

For 47 CFR FCC PART 27:

          a. Substitution method is used for E.I.R.P measurement. In the semi-anechoic chamber,
EUT placed on the 0.8m height of Turn Table, rotated the table around 360 degrees to
search the maximum radiation power and receiver antenna shall be rotated vertical
and horizontal polarization and moved height from 1m to 4m to find the maximum
polar radiated power. The “Read Value” is the spectrum reading the maximum
             power value.
          b. The substitution horn antenna is substituted for EUT at the same position and signals
