             frequency error was monitored and measured by base station under variation
 Procedure   of ambient temperature and variation of primary supply voltage.
             Limit: The frequency stability of the transmitter shall be maintained within
             ±0.00025% (±2.5ppm) of the center frequency.

             Frequency Stability versus Temperature: The Frequency tolerance of the
