IP66
This speaker is rated IP66. The first 6 means that the KS Diggit XL is protected against dust and
contact. The second 6 means it protects from water jets from any direction, but is not impervious to
large amounts of water. Please do not directly immerse in water.

• To ensure that the KS Diggit XL is water resistant, please remove all cable connections and tightly
close the AUX/DC IN cap. Exposing the KS Diggit XL to liquids without doing so may result in
permanent damage to the speaker.

• Do not expose the KS Diggit XL to water while charging. This is very dangerous as doing so may
result in personal injury and permanent damage to the speaker or power source.

• IP66 rating is defined as the KS Diggit XL can withstand water spray (water-carrying capacity 100
L/min) for up to 3 minutes.

• We do not recommend leaving the KS Diggit XL outside at night in wet conditions or when it’s
raining. Store in a dry place while not in use, this will prolong the speaker’s life.

Your device will have an internal amplifier and if it is playing digital files like MP3s. It will also have
an integrated DAC (Digital Audio Converter). If you turn the volume up to 100%, your device will be
sending a distorted signal. To avoid this, and to get the best quality from the speaker, we
recommend that you do not run your device any higher than 95% volume. Some devices output
higher than others, so you may need to reduce the volume if you experience distortion.

Bluetooth Multi-Pairing

    1. Follow the normal instructions on ‘Pairing the Diggit XL to your device’ to pair your device to a
Diggit XL. This Diggit XL will act as the “master” speaker. This connection must be made before
attempting to Multi-Pair more speakers and use the feature
    2. Turn on any additional speakers you wish to use for Multi-Pairing by long pressing the MFB
(1). All the additional speakers will now automatically enter pairing mode
    3. Short press the Multi-Pair Button (4) on the initial “master” speaker. The LED Indicator (8) on this
       speaker will now flash pink
    4. Short press the Multi-Pair Button (4) on each additional speaker and their LED Indicators (8) will
       also flash pink
    5. The Diggit XL’s will now begin Multi-Pairing. The LED Indicator (8) on each additional speaker will
turn solid white to show they are all connected properly. The “master” speaker’s LED Indicator
       (8) will flash pink for a couple of minutes to ensure it finds every speaker
    6. The audio will now play through every speaker, giving you an immersive sound experience

As soon as all speakers have been found, the “master” speaker’s LED Indicator (8) will turn solid pink to
show that all possible connections have been made. The solid pink notifies what speaker is now the
master. Each additional speaker will remain solid white when connected.

Note: Multi-Pair will not work when using the aux cable. The Diggit XL must be in Bluetooth mode.

To break pairing

    1. To remove a speaker from the Multi-Pair chain, short press Multi-Pair Button (4) on any of the
additional speakers you want to disconnect

Note: Once a Multi-Pair connection is made, the Diggit XLs will find each other automatically when
turned on again.

Note: We recommend that the below factory reset is performed on any Diggit XL that has been used
as an additional speaker within a multi-pairing chain, if you intend to use the same speaker again
individually or as a “master” speaker in a new multi-pairing chain.
