Nevada Way Mesa, AZ 85204 To Whom It May Concern: ATTESTATION - Extended Frequency Range SFFR6V (VHF) FCCID: 2ADAKSFFR6V2 To aid equipment authorization in other countries which accept the United States FCC Grant for Certification, Etherstack Inc. is requesting that the FCC lists the frequencies 136 -174 MHz, under FCC Part(s) 22, 74, 80 and 90 on the FCC Grant. For the FCC Rule Parts 22,74,80 and 90 applications, this radio is used in systems by Federal and Public Safety agencies including Police, Fire and Emergency Medical Services, etc. as indicated in the table below Equipment programming is the responsibility of Authorized Service Personnel. Also, the operator cannot directly program the transmit frequencies using the normally accessible external controls. Etherstack acknowledges that operation on unauthorized frequencies is a violation of FCC rules. Etherstack acknowledges the inclusion of Grant note code "EF". Part 2.106 was used to construct the following table of frequency range capability intended for end users.
