Ref: Confidentiality request for Metnet 60G CPE

To whom it may concern,

This letter accompanies our FCC application for Metnet 60G CPE, FCC ID 2ACV4-M60G-002
CCS has requested permanent confidentiality for the following exhibits:
• Block diagrams
• Internal photos
• Operation Description/Theory of Operation
• Parts list & placement BOM
• Tune-up procedure

Cambridge Communication Systems Ltd. has spent substantial effort in developing this product and it is one of the first of its kind in
industry. Having the subject information easily available to "competition" would negate the advantage they have achieved by developing
this product. Not protecting the details of the design will result in financial hardship.

The exhibits are not made public and are kept confidential by CCS in the following ways:

1. The design documents are not shared with third parties except under NDA - the standard CCS NDA template is provided alongside
this letter.
2. Internal photographs are not available publicly, and the Purchase Agreement for Metnet products specifically requires in clause 3.10
that:
"3.10 The Customer shall not disassemble, decompile, reverse engineer or convert the whole or any part of the- Products, including, the
Software, (except to the extent that such restriction on disassembly, decompiling or reverse engineering is prohibited by law and then
the Customer shall provide CCS with prompt written notice prior to any such action)."

Therefore customers are prevented from obtaining such internal photographs.
