These drawings have all been submitted as part of the application package that has been uploaded to the FCC site. These schematic drawings represent the actual hardware layout and circuitry of ACSS‘ new NXT transponder units. The information in these schematic drawings is not available to the public in any manner and could possibly give competitors an advantage with knowledge of our newest transponder products. Subject: Confidentiality request for schematics drawings submitted in support of FCC Certification for ACSS NXT Transponder part numbers 9006000—55000 (Model NXT—600), and 9008000—10000 and 9008000—55000 (Models NXT—800). It is believed that this comprises all of the documentation that ACSS requested confidentiality for. If confidentiality was requested for additional documentation that has been submitted I do not have a record of it. If there are additional documents that ACSS did request confidentiality for, could you please let us know and an additional request letter will be generated.
