Included with this request is the NXT FCC Compliance Plan and Results and additional documentation which includes photographs, technical circuitry descriptions with block and schematic diagrams, and user/installation instructions. A letter of "Intent to File for FCC Certification" for the NXT Transponder was sent to the Federal Aviation Administration Spectrum Office, a copy of which is included with this application as required by CFR Title 47, Part 87, Paragraph 87.147(d3). A copy of their favorable reply to you, dated AUG 5 2014, is also included with this application.
