This equipment is a Mode S Airborne Transponder with frequency range of 1090MHz plus/ minus 1 MHz with FAA TSOs C112d and C166b. The Spectrum Planning and International Group has reviewed the data presented by ACSS and has found no objection to the FCC granting certification to this equipment.
