These drawings have all been submitted as part of the application package that has been uploaded to the FCC site. These schematic drawings represent the actual hardware layout and circuitry of ACSS‘ new NXT transponder units and the associated parts lists. The information in these schematic drawings is not available to the public in any manner and could possibly give competitors an advantage with knowledge of our newest transponder products. The schematic drawings and part lists that have been uploaded are as follows: 9029000—20000 End Item Assembly drawing PL9029000—20000 Parts List for the End Item Assembly 9200—17000—01 Hardware Assembly drawing PL9200—17000—01 Parts List for the Hardware Assembly 9020020—001 NGT—9000D+ CCA drawing 9029010—002 GPS UAT CCA drawing It is believed that this comprises all of the documentation that ACSS requested confidentiality for. If confidentiality was requested for additional documentation that has been submitted I do not have a record ofit. If there are additional documents that ACSS did request confidentiality for, could you please let us know and an additional request letter will be generated.
