Reference: FCC Rules Sections 0.457(d) and 0.459 as authority for confidentiality request FCC ID#: 2ACTZMSS25 Reference #: 46460 731 Form #: EA748084 ACSS FRN: 0004999231 Dear Ms. Cherry: In accordance with FCC Rules Sections 0.457(d) and 0.459 as the authority, ACSS herewith requests long—term confidentiality be granted for the following schematic drawings. These drawings have all been submitted as part of the application package that has been uploaded to the FCC site. These schematic drawings represent the actual hardware layout and circuitry of ACSS‘ new NXT transponder units. The information in these schematic drawings is not available to the public in any manner and could possibly give competitors an advantage with knowledge of our newest transponder products. The schematic drawings that have been uploaded are as follows: 9022500—10000 End Item Assembly drawing 9021020—001 CCA drawing 9021030—001 CCA drawing 9022010—002 CCA drawing It is believed that this comprises all of the documentation that ACSS requested confidentiality for. If confidentiality was requested for additional documentation that has been submitted I do not have a record of it. If there are additional documents that ACSS did request confidentiality for, could you please let us know and an additional request letter will be generated.
