National Technical Systems TCB 41039 Boyce Road Fremont, CA, 94538 FCC ID: 2AAAS-CE03 To whom it may concern: The enclosed documents constitute a formal submittal and application for Equipment Authorization for an outdoor 802.11 client device pursuant to the following rules: Subpart E of Part 15 of FCC Rules (CFR 47), UNII Devices The application is seeking authorization for a DFS client device operating in the UNII-1, UNII- 2a, UNII-2C, and UNII-3 bands using the rules issued in June 2014. In addition, we are requesting that the internal photographs be held permanent confidential, as noted in the confidentiality request. National Technical Systems, as duly authorized agent prepared this submittal. A copy of the letter of our appointment as agent is included with the application.
