National Technical Systems TCB 41039 Boyce Road Fremont, CA, 94538 FCC ID: 2AAAS-AP02 To whom it may concern: The enclosed documents constitute a formal submittal and application for Equipment Authorization for an outdoor 802.11 access point pursuant to the following rules: Subpart C of Part 15 of FCC Rules (CFR 47) Subpart E of Part 15 of FCC Rules (CFR 47), UNII Devices The application is seeking authorization for a DFS master device using the rules prior to June 2014 for operation in the 5GHz band. We are also submitting a request for DFS expedite due to the similarities to the previously authorized 2AAAS-SR1410. In addition, we are requesting that the internal photographs be held permanent confidential, as noted in the confidentiality request. National Technical Systems, as duly authorized agent prepared this submittal. A copy of the letter of our appointment as agent is included with the application.
