Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
Neul is working with a customer who wants to test the capabilities of a white space radio system for Machine to Machine networking. They would like to use Neul white space radio equipment for these tests. Neul white space radios are designed to obey the FCC rules for secondary access to the TV band but they have not yet been certified. For this reason we would like to request a temporary license to transmit in the UHF band.

Please explain the purpose of operation:
Testing white space radio equipment. The license will be used for a short term trial. This will involve setting up a radios in the locations where the customer has had no success in the past getting an adequate connection. We will then run the radios for a period of time to obtain full information about the link. The Neul radios will be fully under control of the FCC approved Spectrum Bridge white space radio spectrum database at all times during the trial, greatly reducing the possibility of any interference to primary users of the band.
