Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
This STA is necessary to support expedited testing of new antennal types and locations as well as new software to support LTE, GSM, UMTS and CDMA that incorporates more advanced support for white-listing, improved stability and other urgently needed features. Test results are needed to support long term carrier spectrum leases, which will replace this STA upon system acceptance.

Please explain the purpose of operation:
The purpose of operation under this STA is to demonstrate acceptable deployment, tuning, testing and operations of the Securus Managed Access System, to include the third generation (Gen3) system including support for detection, capture and lock for LTE, GSM, UMTS and CDMA with advanced support for white-listing and other advanced cellular call management features and technologies.
