Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
This STA is necessary to support expedited testing of new antenna types and locations as well as new software to support LTE, GSM, UMTS and CDMA that incorporates more advanced support for white-listing, improved stability and other urgently needed features. Test results are needed to support long term carrier spectrum leases, which will replace this STA upon system acceptance.
