Pursuant to section 5.61, WorldVu Satellites Limited (OneWeb) requests special temporary authority for a period of up to 6 months, commencing 15 days after filing, to conduct testing between compact electronically steerable antennas (ESA) user terminals using the operational satellites of the OneWeb non-geostationary, fixed-satellite service (NGSO FSS) constellation. This temporary authority is meant to cover operations while a the associated application for conventional experimental authority is pending. See ELS File No. 0843-EX-CN-2021. See also Narrative.
