GWTs services company, Wireless Services Solutions, seeks to deploy a trial LTE public safety network in Band 14 which is currently owned by FirstNET.

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  The goal is to demonstrate and trial a Public Safety LTE network focused primarily on challenging coverage areas (indoors and some outdoors) with basic and advanced LTE features tailored specifically for Public Safety.
