Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
The applicant requires video-bandwidth channels in the range 2390-2420 MHz for video production for television network use for various televised sporting events listed in the attached schedule. Sufficient channels in the listed metropolitan areas for video production based on LTTS licenses held by the applicant are not available due to the intensive spectrum use for these newsworthy sporting events.
