Explanation
Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
Wavix is developing fixed gateway ground stations for use by customers of both VITA and Wavix on VITASAT-1R and VITASAT-2 LEO satellites, currently operated by VITA under STAs granted to VITA in November of 2000. It is essential to this effort that Wavix be able to perform testing of the equipment by direct communication with the satellites, both during the development and testing phases.

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  Test and development of gateway and mobile stations for use with VITASAT little LEO satellites.
