Should such a situation occur, I would like for our application to be considered eligible for partial grant in the interim for usage of any frequencies that would not need additional review by NTIA. Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. is willing to work with any frequencies possible while awaiting review of additional items in this filing. In the mean time, while this STA application is being reviewed, I will be receding my Form 442 file #0190-EX-PL-2006 in the hopes that a partial or full grant of requested permit be granted expeditiously.
