EXPLANATION OF APPLICATION

Wal-mart Stores, Inc. (“Walmart” ) hereby submits an Application for
Modification on the associated FCC Form 442 for station WE2XDK. The sole purpose
of this application is to correct coordinates based on a more accurate, GPS-based method
for calculating coordinates. As revised, the center of operation is approximately .77
miles from the coordinates depicted on the original application.

Wal-mart is submitting this application for modified authority so that the license reflects
the most accurate data available for the limited area of operation. Thus, this application
is “remedial” in nature and does not reflect an actual equipment relocation.
