Testing with O3b is scheduled for Monday but license grant of modification request (0153-EX-ML-2015) to add O3b constellation as a point of communication has not yet been granted.

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  Testing the VR-12 Ka band antenna on the O3b satellites. Testing will be performed under direct supervision of O3b to ensure uplink epfd limits are complied with.
