Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
ViaSat desires to conduct factory acceptance testing of an antenna for its customer. The duration of the testing is limited and therefore a STA is being sought rather than an experimental license.

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  Testing antennas. A low power unmodulated signal at the desired frequency will be transmitted in the direction of the antenna under test in order to perform antenna pattern testing.
