Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
ViaSat is integrating and testing two 13 m antenna systems and needs to test and demonstrate system performance to the customer. Being for testing prior to delivery of the systems, the testing is not of an ongoing nature that would require an experimental license and an STA is more appropriate.
