That sounds fine. Yes I agree.

Daryl

Mr. Hunter,

If you agree let's delete "CONUS and nearby waters" form your application and I will find out how far off the coast
you can conduct your experiment.
Though I will put a special condition for offshore demonstration and limitation on your application.

All offshore antennas will be aboard U.S. registered aircraft/vessels?

I would expect that the vast majority of testing would occur within 20 miles of the coast.

No testing is currently planned for Alaska, Hawaii or any of the US possessions.

Regards,

Daryl

Mr. Hunter,

How far off the coasts ( west and east ) are you planning on performing your experiment/demonstration?
Will you conduct any tests near Hawaii, Alaska and US possessions in the Pacific Ocean, Puerto Rico and other
US territories in Atlantic Ocean?

Hi Ben,

The azimuth pointing angles for the cities are as per the table below for the AMC-6 and NSS-7 satellites:

Duluth, GA, 159.0 deg for AMC-6, 106.5 for NSS-7
Carlsbad, CA, 118.4 deg for AMC-6, NSS-7 is below horizon and not used for this location
Miami, FL, 161.7 deg for AMC-6, 105.1 deg for NSS-7
