Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
As part of participation in a SOCOM Technical Experimentation event we are importing IMSI collection; Cell phone location identification equipment from Israel. This equipment can be operated on a regular Cellular Band, or if required in a European band, emulating a cell tower. We are looking for a few weeks of transmission approval in a designated remote area of Muscatatuck Urban Training Center - MUTC - 4230 E Administration Dr, Butlerville, IN 47223, United States

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  The test with SOCOM will demonstrate usage and functionality of an IMSI grabber, location finding and call collection for a super tactical DOD mission profile
