Fee Exempt

The Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering at UW-Madison is fee exempt due to
its status as a public research institution. Additionally, we paid $60 for a 2007 filing (0578-EX-
PL-2007) that was canceled due to miscommunication between employee Benham Ghaffari and
our group. We insisted that our emissions data was classified by Futaba and he insisted it was
not. We now agree that it is classified information and will proceed with a new filing.
