UMass requests to operate its S-band FMCW vertically-pointing radar from a site in Belle Mina, AL during 1 March - 30 April 2016

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  The vertically pointed radar will profile the atmospheric boundary layer in support of the Vortex-SE experiment sponsored by NOAA.
