Effective Power Clarification

The transmitting antenna's main lobe is oriented vertically.
Thus, the ERP of 500 kW applies only directly above the antenna
(within a beamwidth of 3.5 degrees). The ERP in the horizontal
direction is 16 W, as the horizontal sidelobes of the antenna
are 45 dB below the main lobe.
