The quadcopters will not be flying any higher than 5 meters off of the ground. However, there may be
some confusion. The video streams to be transmitted over the requested communications facilities will be
from camcorders that will be stationed on tripods on the ground. The camcorders will film the quadcopter
activities and transmit them back to an observation area.
