1.) What is the maximum altitude that you will be transmitting from?

10,000 feet

2.) Your application requires coordination of 1215-1240 MHz and 1240-1300 MHz with an FAA Regional
Frequency Management Office using the procedures below.

Because of time delays associated with my interaction with the faa, I have chosen to modify my
application to eliminate the frequencies between 1215-1240 MHz, and 1240-1300 MHz from this
application. I have formally done this by amending the application to reflect these changes.
