AFTRCC comments: Strict non interference basis to Aeronautical Mobile
Telemetry (AMT), subject to cancellation for the same. Applicant is
hereby advised that AFTRCC will not give favorable coordination for any
operational UAV/UAS operations in the band requested for experimental
usage.



Prior coordination with Wichita Area Flight Test Radio Coordinating
Council
(WAFTRCC) (620-332-0432)and The Boeing Company Spectrum Mgt Office St
Louis, MO. (314-545-2503) required prior to each usage due to potential
radio line-of-sight to Wichita and St Louis AMT operations.

Statement of usage: The frequency will be used by a radar transmitter
transmitting from a Cessna 172 aircraft and receiving tracking data from
other
airborne targets. No UAV's or UAS's are intentionally involved in
testing. Data will
be collected by the aircraft and not transmitted to a ground station.
