Our plan is to choose unoccupied frequencies, since we are measuring the received power level,
we cannot operate on a frequency that is in use.

We need to characterize the passband ripple caused by the matching network design. Three
points per band is not adequate to do this. We are assembling a list of 'safety-of-life' frequencies
which we would avoid using even if unoccupied. These frequencies are being collected from
lists of emergency calling and coordination frequencies. Any assistance you could give us in
assembling this list would be appreciated.

Our risk mitigation strategy for this matter is as follows: 1. Low output power level. 2. Low
duty cycle ~seconds per frequency. 3. Avoidance of occupied and priority channels.

In addition, we expect that this test will be completed in one day.
