Subject: Request for Info - STA File # 0467-EX-ST-2001

Message:

You have requested broad frequency bands that could interfere with many services, especially
from an airborne platform. We will not be able to clear these entire bands for your use. You
should pick a minimum number of discrete frequencies that would allow you to accomplish your
testing. I would suggest picking a low, middle and high frequency for each band, steering clear
of safety-of-life frequencies.

The items indicated above must be submitted before processing can continue on the above
referenced application. Failure to provide the requested information within 30 days of
December 13, 2001 may result in application dismissal pursuant to Section 5.67 and forfeiture of
the filing fee pursuant to Section 1.1108.
