FORM 442, STATEMENT OF OPENNESS REGARDING FREQUENCY ASSIGNMENT

The University of Illinois CubeSat ground station and spacecraft radio are capable of transmission at any
frequency in the 395-405 MHz range, with the exception of 399.5-400.5 MHz, due to limitations with the
AX100UL radio. In the event that the requested frequency range of 401.15-401.20 MHz is not available,
the team would be open to modifying the frequency range based on feedback from the Federal
Communications Commission.
