This process is very far from my usual responsibilities, and I think I need to hire a consultant from this
point forward. I am discussing this with the PI for the Q-Pace satellite at UCF to see if he wants to
approve me reallocating funds for that purpose. We intend to continue with the experimental licensing
process, but there will be a delay.
