Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
Testing of CBRS technologies in 3550-3700 MHz prior to declaration of initial commercial deployment. The area of operation is outside the exclusion zones defined by NTIA (see https://www.its.bldrdoc.gov/publications/download/TR-15-517r1.pdf).

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  We intend to test a CBRS system in preparation for possible future production deployment under GAA or PAL.
