Explanation
Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
Tyvak is conducting a launch campaign the weekend of 6/27 – 6/28 for three spacecraft who’s primary ground station is located in Bardufoss Norway. A day before the planned launch the spacecraft suffered a major engineering failure in the azimuth rotor system, rendering it unable to track the spacecraft effectively, and leaving the spacecraft without a primary TT&C ground station. The investigation into the failure is ongoing, but the launch will occur as scheduled.

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  The sites will be used for critical early orbit and commissioning items, including locating the spacecraft, performing critical checkout and alignment activities, and in-orbit tests of both bus and payload systems.
