following information as soon as you can.
‐ Spacecap data file (Because it is a large file and for security , you can send it directly to my office email address
by changing the extension file to .xxx)
‐ Spacecap letter (see the attachment : ITU API cover letter format)
‐ A NOAA license
‐ 399.9‐400.05 MHz (shared government frequencies) and 8025‐8400 MHz (Federal Government Frequencies).
Please submit technical data as requested.
All the requested information must be completed before OET can send them to NTIA, ITU and International Bureau
coordinators.
