The issue we have is with content that talks about a “propulsion system” yet the ODAR have clearly indicated that this CICERO cubesat does not use propulsion. The ODAR Tyvak (CICERO cubesat) should be correct and consistent. Please review our comments below and please remove all the items that are not relevant to the CICERO cubesat mission. Resubmit the update ODAR to FCC. These errors appear to be a cut and paste from the other Tyvak NanoAce cubesat ODAR. In page 3 it describes a propulsion system, “Table of contents section 2.1.1. Description of Propulsion Systems……10”; so I go to page 10 and it says “none” for this section. “2.1.1 Description of Propulsion Systems None.” Also in page 9, figure 2-1, it states “NONE. CICERO has no propulsion” YET in the table of contents, Appendix A has the following: “APPENDIX A – FMEA DETAILS AND SUPPORTING RATIONALE ..............................21 Propulsion Module Failure: .....................................................................................................21” Also in section 4.2, second paragraph it talks about “crushing of the propulsion tank could lead to vent or burst of the propulsion tank” And section 6.1 has the following: “6.1 Description of spacecraft disposal option selected The satellite will de-orbit naturally by atmospheric re-entry. The propulsion system is not used for re-entry.” The items indicated above must be submitted before processing can continue on the above referenced application. Failure to provide the requested information within 30 days of July 15, 2016 may result in application dismissal pursuant to Section 5.67 and forfeiture of the filing fee pursuant to Section 1.1108.
