By the authority given to the U.S. Secretary of Commerce under the National and Commercial Space Programs Act of 2010, 51 U.S.C. §§ 60121, et seq.. and as delegated to NOAA, we have determined that your proposed mission will not be require a NOAAA operator‘s license based on the stated fact that your system does not appear as remote sensing. This determination applies to the CICERO mission only. Please contact NOAA with any future missions you may plan to operate to obtain a licensing determination on that specific mission. Please be advised that this NOAA determination does not relieve you of the obligation to receive any other U.S. Government licenses, permissions or permits for the export. launch, or operation of a private spacecraft.
