Tyvak Nano-Satellite Systems Inc. (“Tyvak”) hereby requests the withdrawal of the
above-captioned pending application. The application sought to modify Tyvak’s existing
experimental license authority 1 by adding authority to conduct payload communications
downlink (space-to-Earth) transmissions in the 2.2 GHz S-band. Tyvak no longer seeks such
authority and therefore withdraws this application.
