Explanation
Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
Applicant intends to use special temporary authority to test system performance using a non-certified transmitter before the transmitter that is under development has been certified. Applicant believes that it will need to operate under temporary authority for no more than six months. The experimental testing will be used to evaluate transmitter system performance. Applicant will use 35 MHz paging frequencies for which its wholly owned subsidiary, Jamestown Manufacturing Corporation, holds licenses.
