Explanation
Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
This will be a multi vendor Proof of Concept operation that will be conducted at locations in Englewood, CO, Madison, WI and San Angelo, TX over a three month period. There wont be a need for a long term license.

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  Trilogy will be conducting local breakout experiments at the CBRS base stations to direct specific data traffic to an IP address rather than that data traffic being sent back to the LTE EPC core. and then to the internet. The idea is to lower the latency by more directly connecting to the content source to the content consumer. This is a multi vendor Proof of Concept operation that will be conducted at locations in Englewood, CO, Madison, WI and San Angelo, TX.
