Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
Upcoming Prototype Performance Testing outdoors with vehicles prior to applying for Part 15 Equipment Authorization, with frequency hopping equipment that operates over almost the whole 902 to 928 MHz band. Testing to begin sooner than a longer term experimental license could be granted. Testing will not last longer than six months.
